In 1995 after over a decade of working within the removal industry for a large household name, the founder of Total Removals, Neil Lyall, became frustrated by the lack of customer service offered by removal companies with staff that were generally unmotivated and unapproachable. As a response to this Neil saw the potential in creating a new style of Removal Company, “a new approach to moving”.

•Total Removals operates with a team of experienced and dedicated male and female staff, some of which have been with the company since it started.

•All of our staff are fully trained and each removal has a team supervisor present to ensure you of a smooth and stress free move.

•Total Removals DOES NOT employ inexperienced casual staff, even during the busy periods, all of the team are selected by Total Removals according to their specific abilities.

•Unlike many companies Total Removals DOES NOT make any additional charges for waiting times or charge unnecessary insurances. This means that if there is a delay in obtaining the keys for your new home as a result of a delayed completion we pledge that the price we quote is the price that you will pay.

•We operate a no smoking policy

•We have regular team meetings and social events to ensure good communication of company policy and to maintain staff motivation.
